90 minute yoga, pranayam, meditation & restorative practice to start you on a path of renewal.
Sometimes in life we fall out of healthy habits, ending up stuck in a low vibration. It’s an intrinsic part of the cycle through which we all move - in Yoga, it is known as ‘tamas’. To initiate is to begin again with conscious action.
This practice is designed to start you on a path, pull you out of a rut or return to yourself, connecting to the energy of Earth & Fire. As you ground deeper into your body, you will also ignite the inner flame responsible for taking action in your life.
Moving on a journey through breath, asana, meditation and finishing with deeply restorative postures which will reset your nervous system and clear any mental fog, balancing that which as moved out of alignment by opening the body and threading awareness through the whole system.
This practice is pre-recorded and can be done in your own time.
