This 200hr yoga teacher training in Dublin is an immersive, trauma-informed journey for those called to teach yoga or deepen their practice. Rooted in tradition and guided by integrity, the training honours both personal and collective transformation.
Namaste
We are two Yoginis: Manasi Sridhar and Lucybloom Webb. With a couple of decades teaching experience between us, as well as several years teaching on YTTs, we decided to come together to offer something really exceptional. In our experience, we found there is not enough focus on the individuals in Yoga Teacher Trainings nowadays. Our approach is student focused, we believe everyone who has a Yoga practice would benefit from the 200hr teacher training regardless of whether or not they desire to teach.
This training will not only leave you equipped to teach Yoga, it will re-orientate your life and expand your world view.
Our next intake of students for course commencement in September 2026 is now open. If you are interested in training with us, please fill out the contact form below. All training will be in person and will take place in Dublin.
The Meaning of Sahaja
The term ‘Sahaja’ can be translated as “spontaneous” and “natural.” Etymologically, it derives from saha, “together,” and ja, “to be born.” Therefore, its literal translation is “born together” or “emerged together.” The journey of a Yoga Teacher Training is so much more than becoming a teacher, it is about birthing your most authentic, empowered self.
About the training
The aim of this school is to turn out the best yoga teachers possible through a deeply rooted yoga teacher training grounded in the authentic traditions of yoga. With a strong focus on the roots and lineages of yoga, we are committed to honouring the true essence of a yogic practice - including asana (postures), pranayama (breath), meditation, kriya (purification) and bhakti (devotion).
AUTHENTIC TEACHINGS
Our yoga teacher training stays true to the yogic texts, using these ancient manuals and mapping them onto modern life, learning how to incorporate not just a yoga practice but a truly yogic lifestyle. Throughout this 200hr yoga teacher training, we cover a variety of yoga styles, primarily working with Hatha, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Yin, Tantra and Kriya Yoga. The aim of yoga is liberation from the push and pull of the mind, so we place a strong emphasis on meditation and begin to incorporate this into your personal practice to improve the quality of your life. Being able to stay centred in your being is a key component of holding space - something we value very deeply in this training.
ENERGETIC APPROACH
Everything is energy, and our yoga practice acts as a conductor for that energy. Within this yoga teacher training, you will learn how to read energy, feel energy and understand the energetics at play within various yogic practices. Marrying this energetic approach with a classic anatomical and physiological foundation taught in this 200hr yoga teacher training adds a whole new dimension to your teaching and personal practice.
1:1 MENTORSHIP
Your progress is our highest priority. For this reason we will schedule in mentorship calls with one of the lead teachers (Manasi or Lucybloom) throughout the course to monitor your development. It is imperative to us that you leave this course fully confident in your own abilities to teach.
TRAUMA INFORMED
This 200hr yoga teacher training is trauma-informed, giving you all the tools necessary to hold safe and supportive space for anyone who might walk into your class. We have written this yoga teacher training with this intention in mind. A trauma-informed approach will thread through the entire training so that we can best learn how to support our students.
Our ethical pillars:
practice, integrity, & devotion.
PRACTICE
The practice informs the teacher, always. We require that you have been practising Yoga for a minimum of 2 years. If you are not familiar with the lead teachers, we request that you come to one of our classes so that we can asses your practice and readiness to undertake the training. If you are living outside of our locality (Dublin) please get in touch and we can organise a call.
INTEGRITY
Our approach to yoga and yoga teacher training has always been of the highest integrity. Integrity implies integration - it is essential that the teachings are fully embodied and integrated in order for you to teach with clarity and confidence. For this reason, we ensure that when you complete this 200hr yoga teacher training, you meet the highest possible standard.
Upholding the ethics of yoga is foundational to Sahaja and forms the backbone of a true yogic practice. We will treat you and your journey through this training with nothing but integrity.
DEVOTION
Yoga is a devotional practice and this is at the core of how we hold space, practice and teach. During this course you will not only learn how to teach yoga, you will learn devotional mantras, how to create your own devotional practice (sadhana) and enrich your own Yoga practice with the essence of devotion.
