The What
Threshold is a 3-month mentorship for women standing at a turning point in life. Ready to release who they have been and step into deeper truth, leadership, and devotion to the life that is calling them.
Over 3 months we will work with where you desire to expand. I will hold you accountable and fully support you throughout the process. Mentorship calls will be online and we will have a full day in person retreat at the end of the journey.
Many women reach a moment where they can feel that something in their life is shifting. The old ways of moving through the world no longer feel aligned, yet the new path has not fully revealed itself. This in-between space can feel uncertain but it is also sacred.
Through a combination of embodied practices, spiritual teachings, and ceremonial work, this container invites you to:

The Why
My work has always supported women navigating change, whether that is through motherhood, unexpected life circumstances, career change or even just the natural evolutions we move through in the many phases of life.
I feel called to hold space as I support those navigating the liminal, the unknown and the becoming. More and more now, I am sensing this as part of my life’s work.

Embodiment & Nervous System Awareness
Yoga, breathwork, and somatic practices to reconnect with the wisdom of the body.
Spiritual Devotion
Developing personal sadhana designed specifically for you, where you are at in your process and where you are going.
Shadow & Inner Work
Somatic Parts work, healing relational wounds, and integrating the aspects of yourself that long to be seen.
Sacred Leadership
Learning to hold space, first for yourself, and then for others. Understanding the dynamics of holding space as well as deepening your intuition when working with others.
Earth-Based Ritual
Medicine wheel teachings, connection with the land, and ceremonial practices.
In-Person Threshold Retreat Day
During the mentorship we will gather for a full day of practice and ceremony together. This day will either be a full day process or a full day with overnight, depending on the ceremonial component. As with all of the processes, this in person process will be tailored to participants needs, so may vary.
