The body is the gateway, your desires are the key to your unique self. When you follow the wisdom of the body, one which never lies, you remember who you are. 

Women have been conditioned to repress desire, to play small and stay quiet for too long. Your desires are valid, your wants are songs begging to be sung. Coming into contact with who you are requires naming desires, being brave enough to ask. Showing up exactly as you are and owning how you feel. It all starts with the body, with sensation. 

It deepens into reading the current of Shakti that runs through you. You are a complex energetic being, capable of so much, but many subtle knowings have been shut down or repressed. Stepping into full embodiment, you reclaim all that you are. Through understanding the patterns of your body, either interrupting or encouraging these patterns, tuning into the field and feeling into the movement of energy as it waxes and wanes, learning how to move with the flow rather than remaining rigid, you expand yourself. Becoming magnetic, it’s all a game of alchemy, as witches, we alchemise.
