Yoga Nidra is a powerful tool to move into a space of deep rest and healing. A wonderful practice if you feel burned out, overwhelmed, have trouble sleeping or struggle to switch off.
This practice is traditionally done lying flat on your back. Ensure you are completely comfortable and warm enough - I often practice Yoga Nidra in bed! I suggest turning the lights off and covering your eyes with an eye pillow or something similar.
