A Lunar Experience
7:30pm,
1st August, Ballybrannigan Beach, Co. Cork

Connecting under the Full Moon in the surrounds of nature is unbeatable, an opportunity to connect yourself fully in the elements.  Together, Niamh of Niamh's Larder and Lucybloom have created a chance to meet and practice under the energy of the Full Moon in Aquarius. A sacred space where we will practice movement as medicine, enlivening ourselves with tantric breathwork, whilst weaving the elements through our experience with fire and water rituals.
We will finish by plunging ourselves into the ocean under the light of Luna - truly bathing in her waters, immersing in the creative energy of Aquarius.
Suitable for pregnancy and all levels of Yoga/movement practice.
(running time approx 2 hours)
