“We have designed this retreat to give women space and time to harvest inspiration, connection to self and a sense of peace. Over this weekend, through the medicines of movement, stillness, ritual and feast, our aim is to create that space for you to nurture and return to yourself. Something magic happens when women come together in this way, we feel it as part of our purpose to create this restorative environment which is so needed in our busy lives.”
Chef & cookery tutor, Erica Drum, and Yoga Teacher & Sacred Ceremony Facilitator, Lucybloom Webb, have joined forces and announced an exclusive female-only Yoga Feed Harvest Retreat at the incredible Killary Lodge in the wilds of Connemara. Their restorative rural retreat will run for three nights, from Saturday 10th to Tuesday 13th August 2024.
Think of this as your own personal Harvest. Pressing pause on the demands of daily life in order to Harvest the gifts that retreating brings. Connecting to yourself mind, body and soul. There will be indoor yoga workshops, scenic saunas, sea swims in the fjord, nature hikes, hands-on cookery classes, delicious wholesome organic meals, and guided outdoor fire pit ceremonies as well as a rose tea ceremony, the Yoga Feed Harvest Retreat is a designated opportunity to look within and Harvest your own peace and joy. Our aim is to fully look after you so that you can focus on completely switching off.
Located within a nature lover’s paradise on the shores of Ireland’s only fjord, the spacious, modern, and nordic-inspired Killary Lodge frames some of the most dramatic scenery in the country, including the Maumturk and Twelve Ben mountain ranges. In these serene surroundings, Erica and Lucybloom’s Yoga Feed Harvest Retreat will offer guests a true getaway from the reality of their busy everyday lives and the chance to connect with a circle of like-minded women. Being in Connemara is food for the soul, inspiring surrounds in which to disconnect, and reconnect.
Bookings for the three night (10-13 August 2024)Yoga Feed Harvest Retreat at Killary Lodge, which includes each of the experiences/workshops on offer, all of your meals plus non-alcoholic drinks, and accommodation are now open. Prices start at €995.00 per person for a Shared en suite room. A limited number of Deluxe Private en suite rooms with luxury beds are available upon request, priced at €1,295.00 per person.
