Yoga Nidra for Pregnancy
This is a Yoga Nidra to practice for any stage of Pregnancy.
Yoga Nidra is a powerful tool to move into a space of deep rest and healing. A wonderful practice if you feel burned out, overwhelmed, have trouble sleeping or struggle to switch off. This is also a powerful way of connecting to your baby through your subconscious.
This practice is traditionally done lying flat on your back, however, depending on where you are in your Pregnancy, it may be more comfortable to lie on your lefthand side. Ensure you are completely comfortable and warm enough - I often practice Yoga Nidra in bed! I suggest turning the lights off and covering your eyes with an eye pillow or something similar.
