Pregnancy Yoga - 4 Week Course - Feb 2021
Suitable for any stage during pregnancy post 12 weeks. A chance to connect with other pregnant women and to connect deeply to the changes happening in your body. My pregnancy classes are centred around grounding, building stamina, birth preparation, breathing techniques, pelvic floor awareness and clearing anxiety.
This class will be live streamed via Zoom. I will provide the zoom link before the course start date once you have signed up. These classes will be streamed on Dublin time zone (GMT) and are approx 60mins.
