Here is a great little boost of a Monday morning, packed with minerals and adaptogens to kick off your week! Very quick and easy - as effective as a coffee but without the jitters and will give your immune system a push in the right direction. This can taste a little 'green', if you prefer a sweeter drink, try coconut milk or add sugar/maple syrup.
1 tsp Organic Matcha Powder
1 tsp Moringa Powder
1 tsp Ashwagandha Powder
1 capsule Reishi
1 cup Oat Milk
1. Add all dry ingredients into a mug.
2. Heat up Oat Milk
3. Add a small amount of the hot milk to the powder to make a paste, then add in the rest - if you have an electric frother - give the mixture a whisk, the oat milk should froth up nicely. Et voila!
